"Dynamic Strength and Flexibility" is a monthly 2-hour event in the exploration of movement through the practice of vinyasa yoga.  The asanas and their variations practiced in this extended class are challenging.  Students are encouraged to be thoughtful in the process, to move with precision and control, maintaining structure and stability.  The sequences are a union of classical yoga principles with modern interpretations, composed sometimes in unexpected ways.  The added use of ropes and slings complement this framework to strengthen the body while cultivating flexibility.
